Cacao + Sound + Yoga Therapy
12 pm - 6 pm
PRICE: $150
SCHEDULE: 12-6p
Join Ariana, Christina, and Nicole on the Spring Equinox, as we gather to mark the transition with a special day-long retreat centered on renewal. We will guide you to shake off winter’s heaviness, reconnect with what feels alive, and set meaningful intentions for the season ahead. You’ll have opportunities to immerse yourself in complementary forms of self-care in accessible ways that feel supportive, restorative, and grounded.
Throughout the day, you’ll move through curated experiences – yoga, cacao ritual, sound meditation, and rest – all integrated to support renewal and reclaiming. The environment will be warm, inclusive, and intentionally paced to help you slow down. You’ll leave feeling refreshed, grounded, and aligned with what you want to cultivate as spring begins.
All levels and bodies are welcome.

Cacao Served in Ritual
When cacao is served in ritual, it becomes more than a warm beverage—it becomes a gateway to the heart. With each sip, you will slow down, connect inward, and feel a gentle sense of happiness, euphoria, and personal empathy.
You’ll receive a simple serving of indigenous-grown cacao blended with hot water—pure, unprocessed, and alive with the essence of the earth. This is not hot chocolate; it is cacao in its truest form, honoring the plant’s natural wisdom and abundant health benefits.
In this Heart Seed Ritual, you’ll learn the rich history of cacao, its positive health effects, and its sacred role within ancient Maya traditions. The session will be led by Christina Sanini, trained cacao practitioner and student of the Mayan oral traditions. Together, we’ll explore how sipping cacao with intention and reverence for nature will leave you feeling balanced, connected, and more in tune with yourself and the world around you.

Yoga Therapy: The 8 Limbs of Yoga and the Kosha Model
Yoga was always intended to be more than exercise – it’s a creative, holistic pathway toward balanced well-being. It honors the whole person: body, breath, mind, heart, energy, and beyond. In this session, Nicole Bratt (C-IAYT, E-RYT 500) will lay a foundation of the 8 Limbs of Yoga and introduce yoga’s Kosha model – a lens for witnessing and supporting every layer of your being – followed by a gentle, grounding, therapeutic practice to help you reconnect with your whole self and attune to your inner listening. You’ll leave feeling centered, open, and ready for the cacao ritual that follows.
No yoga experience is necessary; all bodies are welcome. Dress in comfortable layers and bring a cozy blanket and an eye cover.

Sound Meditation
Enter a deep state of meditation surrounded by notes and vibrations from traditional Tibetan singing bowls, gongs, chimes, and other unique instruments. These sounds provide a steady focal point that quiets mental chatter and anchors awareness. Their vibrations send waves of energy through the body, stimulating cellular resonance and amplifying energetic intentions. With practice, this state of stillness encourages the brain to build new, healthy neural pathways and release patterns that no longer serve you.
Join Ariana Will, a 1000-hour licensed massage therapist and co-owner of Centerpoint Wellness Northwest, for an immersive exploration into the art and practice of sound meditation. Ariana has been practicing clinical massage therapy since 2013 after graduating from Cortiva Institute, and brings over a decade of experience in mind-body healing to her teaching. As a 200-hour registered yoga teacher trained through the Ananda Institute of Living Yoga, and a graduate of the Himalayan Yoga Academy’s professional singing bowl and sound meditation certification program, Ariana blends technical knowledge with a deeply intuitive approach to the therapeutic power of sound.
This series is designed for anyone seeking a grounded, transformative introduction—or a deeper return—to sound baths and sound meditation.
